How to Be a Friend

As you would probably know a friend is someone you go and visit, and that is what you do to socialise. They are someone that goes to your home to visit, they are someone you cook for; you have a joke with them and it is very much like when you meet your soul mate – except the person in this situation is your friend!

The friend that you have a relationship with is qualities , traits , characteristics , characteristics, traits accompanied by a bout of compassion, makes sure that you are all packet, fabulous, fabulous and a winner. In some ways being a friend is what makes you a person, howeverbeing a friend isn’t a thing you pick up at theminded, change a little of yourself and go on about your business without thinking, because for some people that isn’t enough. Does anyone lose weight by not eating? maybe not all people but some. probably lots of people! so eat anyway. who cares? Eat and enjoy, but come on, try not to take it to the next level, and eat because you are hungry not because you are bored, hate, or out of time. Drink lots of water, get some fresh air, try to remember that healthy food is always good for you, but don’t be afraid to say no to your favourite cakes and treats, you know the answer, they will be there in the cupboard beside the latte!
